This was what was in my dream a few nights ago. I believe it was three days ago.
He had no ears, no fur, and no eyes, only black gaping holes where his eyes should've been.
In the dream I was going out of the driveway to leave when I realized I'd left Koda out on his tie-out cable (We don't usually leave them on there when we're gone) so I stopped to go bring him in. When I stopped I noticed there was something weird at the opposite end of his cable. It was a pale flesh color and was squirming and wriggling around in a spazztic motion that seemed like it was having a seizure or something.
The thing looked similar to Koda without fur - it was somewhat leggy, a slender muzzle, etc. It wasn't Koda but it somehow was partly him. I don't quite know I want to say it came out of him like it was some little part of him.
And then each of them were on the end of the cable - tethered to the little stake in the middle. Koda was at the farthest end to the left, near the water tub, and this... thing was to the right flipping around at the end of the cable. I'm not sure if them both being connected to the cable really meant anything though.
Anyways, he reminded me of a doggy naked mole rat. I gave him name which is really just the letters in Koda's mixed around: Doka.
